Can the AI assistant build a workflow or campaign for me?

Yes. Describe the use case in the AI assistant and it builds it, including the cadence and the messages. You do not need to know how to build it first or hunt for a template: describe the outcome you want.

Examples:

1. A request for a combination of email and SMS steps over fourteen days to win back past HVAC customers produced an agent with a workflow that triggers when a tag is added, sends an SMS or email, waits for a reply, sends an internal notification and ends the conversation when someone replies, keeps trying over about five touches, and adds a note when the campaign completes with no reply.
2. A request for a seven day database reactivation campaign for a new chiropractor client, offering a free adjustment by text and email, produced the messaging, the angles and a complete agent that reacts to replies and moves on when there is no reply.

Give details: the business type, what each step or email should say, how many messages, the timing and the channels. A vague request such as "create an email campaign" gives a generic result.

From a meeting: the AI assistant can read the transcript of a Votel meeting you were in. After a call, tell it to build the workflow you discussed in that meeting.

From n8n or GoHighLevel: paste the workflow's JSON into the assistant and tell it to build it in Votel. The assistant is good at rebuilding workflows from their JSON, and this is also how GoHighLevel workflows are recreated.

Once something is built it is easy to tweak. Tell the AI to make simple changes, or open the workflow builder and edit it yourself, for example to change a wait time or edit an email.
