What emails and reminders are sent automatically when someone books an appointment?

When someone books, they get a booking confirmation email, and the account owner is sent a new lead alert email.

The calendar also sends reminders. By default there is an email reminder 24 hours before and another one hour before the appointment. You can also send reminders by SMS, and set messages for cancellations and reschedules.

To see and change these, go to Calendars, then Bookables, open the bookable (for example Free Consultation) and scroll down to the Notifications section. For a video meeting booked through a bookable, the recording and summary can also be sent to attendees automatically after the meeting.
